What personal data we collect and why we collect it
We collect name, email, city, state, zip, gender, Natural Number, location and date of your Identification Experience, contact permission and photo use permission, relationships to other persons who have been Identified and record of your purchases on our site. This information is saved in our secure database and used for research and marketing by Body of 9 only. Body of 9 does not share personal information or images with any other organization.
Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Contact forms
When someone submits a contact form, we capture name and email and whatever comments are made. These emails go directly to Body of 9 and are stored in the Body of 9 email account until they are no longer relevant. We do not use the information submitted through the contact form for marketing purposes.
Cookies
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

Body of 9 will never provide your contact information to any person or organization outside of Body of 9 without your permission. We will only contact you in the case that you asked a question, opted-in to our newsletter signed-up for a Body of 9 event or to participate in Body of 9 related research.
We do not store your credit card or other financial information. Your name, address, telephone number, email address, and any other information are treated with complete confidentiality and will not be sold, rented, or shared with any outside parties except when you specifically and knowingly provide it for this purpose.
How long we retain your data
We retain the information collected at Natural Number Identification events permanently for research purposes. This information will never be shared or used for any other purpose than contacting you personally and for understanding the distribution and relationship of Natural Numbers in the population. You can maintain this information by downloading our Pearls of Wisdom App, logging in and editing your profile. We shall remove this data at your request.
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our App (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their own personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username, or Natural Number). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Where we send your data
Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service. Your contact information might be shared with our Associates in your geographical area to enable them to provide personalized local services to you.

What we collect and store
We collect information about you during the checkout process on our store.

Our team members have access to this information to help fulfill orders, process refunds and support you.
What we share with others
We share information with third parties who help us provide our orders and store services to you; for example, we use Active Campaign for marketing and emails. Your contact information and purchase history are tracked in Active Campaign. This information is tracked there to ensure we have a complete record of our interactions with you for customer service support.
Payments
We accept payments through PayPal and Square. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to PayPal or Square, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information. We do not store any of your payment information.
