Thank you for signing up for one of our events, purshasing a Body of 9 product or service or joining our mailing list. In so doing you are agreeing with the following:

For In-Person Events

Natural Number Identification when done in-person is a simple and gentle physical process.  A facilitator will push gently on your body to determine how it responds to gentle pushes and specific postures.  During an in-person event please inform the facilitator of any injuries and anything that might cause any pain.  Also please let us know about any medications that you take that might affect your balance.

In Body of 9 workshops we do physical exercises that are unique and may be new to your body.

By clicking the check box on the registration page you are agreeing to the following statements:

I understand that Body of 9 events include physical movements and a physical process. As is the case with any physical activity, the risk of injury, even serious or disabling, is always present and cannot be entirely eliminated. If I experience any pain or discomfort, I will listen to my body, and inform the facilitator immediately. I assume full responsibility for any and all damages, which may incur through participation.

I will make the instructor aware of any medical conditions or physical limitations before the event or before engaging during the event.  I also affirm that I alone am responsible to decide whether to experience the identification of my Natural Number and that participation is at my own risk. I hereby agree to irrevocably release and waive any claims that I have now or may have hereafter against Body of 9 and it’s instructors or fellow class participants.

For Free Online Events:

If you have signed up for a free Body of 9 event, by accepting these terms and conditions and by participating in the event you are granting Body of 9 the right to publicize your image and participation in this event on any of their public channels.  If you do not grant such permission Body of 9 requests that you turn off your sound and camera on any free online events. The decision to turn on your camera and sound constitutes permission for Body of 9 to show your image and participation publicly.

For Online Training Purchases:

If you have purchased any Body of 9 Online training products,  you are accepting that the online material will be made available to you for a minimum period of one calendar year or until such time that Body of 9 deems it, at Body of 9’s sole discretion, unfeasible for them to continue to offer the training online. Body of 9 reserves the right to update, delete and change any online training material at any time without notice. All online training fees are non-refundable.

I have read and fully understand and agree to the above terms of this Agreement. I am signing this agreement voluntarily and recognize that my acceptance when registering serves as complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law in the State of Montana.

I also give Body of 9 permission to add me to their email list so that I may be further informed about my Natural Number and what it means, and to find out about future Body of 9 events. I acknowledge that Body of 9 website uses cookies for tracking and I accept Body of 9’s Privacy Policy. I understand that I can easily unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time.

Body of 9 reserves the right to decline accepting registration for an event.
