- During the day:
- Bring your awareness to your breath.
- Breathe deeply into your upper chest allowing you shoulders to open, roll-bask as you focus on bringing your shoulder blades together on your spine.
- Roll your shoulders to loosen the muscles in your upper back.
- Allow you arms to fall back ward, further rounding your shoulder back.
- Keep you head over your shoulders and allow you peripheral vision to expand and the the focus to soften.
