    • Notice how they make you feel
    • How would you describe these faces
    • Make notes in your journal
  • If you meet of find someone that you think might be Natural Number 9, please take a few pics and bring them to show in class

  • Any videos you are interested in this Youtube Playlist, note timestamps where you see:
    • Any particular movements that express their Natural Number
    • A facial expression of activation
    • Other physical expressions of their Natural Number

  • Practice
  • During the day:
    • Bring your awareness to your breath.
    • Breathe deeply into your upper chest allowing you shoulders to open, roll-bask as you focus on bringing your shoulder blades together on your spine.
    • Roll your shoulders to loosen the muscles in your upper back.
    • Allow you arms to fall back ward, further rounding your shoulder back.
    • Keep you head over your shoulders and allow you peripheral vision to expand and the the focus to soften.
